BASIC SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 Cup coconut milk

1 Cup fruit

1/2 banana

1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Complete

1 Cup spinach

Blend until smooth.

If your fruit is not frozen, add a handful of ice.

Drink, enjoy and feel the power of fruits and vegetables!
